What I love is their consistency. I can just the team to get on with the job. They are all presentable, polite and tidy up after themselves which means I also don’t need to worry about their interactions with our customers.

The thing with tradesmen is that it’s not down to just the price. You want a team who will turn up when they say they will, and give you good value for money. It takes a lot of time trying to find tradesmen – so when they do a good job – you stick with them!
