- We'll be in touchA Lumen electrical expert will be in touch with you promptly to provide a written estimate or to ask for some more details on your project, usually within 24 hours.
- Time bookedOnce your job is approved we will book an experienced electrician to attend to your job. We value your time and offer a convenient 1 hour arrival slot for your appointment.
- Electrician onsite
A smart, presentable, NIC EIC qualified Electrician will arrive at your property on time and carry out the agreed project professionally. The electrician can carry out a courtesy ‘Home Electrical Health Check’ if you would like during the visit. If you would like assistance with further electrical jobs please let our electrician know who will accommodate them if time permits. Alternatively, a separate quote can be provided for a future visit
- PaymentOnce the job is completed you will be issued with an invoice. Any relevant reports of certificates will be provided ensuring compliance with current regulations
- FeedbackWe value your feedback and strive to improve at all times. An internal feedback form will be sent to you via email alongside an opportunity to share your positive experience by leaving a Google review. We can be reached by email or telephone should you wish to discuss your project following our visit.
